Have you heard what the problem was with the ship? I am not at all surprised that Rupert Lowe was cross - the cargo of this ship could have been unloaded and used safely and instead it was dumped in the sea leaving double skinned plastic bags and their contents to cause harm. It also nearly lead to people being evacuated from the area. Rupert Lowe has taken to heart his responsibility as the MP for Great Yarmouth. By now in the UK, I'm sure everyone knows how infuriating things are becoming when straight answers aren't forthcoming. And people are so weak nowadays "pushed Kane's shoulder"??????
